Cancellation Policy - Flåm Adventure

RIB Tours – Terms, Cancellations & Refunds

Individual Bookings

We offer a flexible policy for changes to existing bookings. Guests may change their booking free of charge up to 24 hours before departure (subject to availability, maximum two changes).

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before departure will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure are non-refundable.

Please note that we are unable to make changes or offer refunds within 24 hours of departure under any circumstances, including illness, injury, or travel disruptions. We strongly recommend that all guests have valid travel insurance.

 

Group & Private Bookings

For group bookings (10 guests or more) and private/bespoke tours:

  • Cancellations made more than 5 days before departure: 100% refund
  • Cancellations made between 5 days and 48 hours: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before departure: non-refundable

Attendance & Missed Departures

Please arrive at least 20 minutes before departure time for boarding.

It is the responsibility of the guest to be on time and check in with our staff.
In the case of a missed departure, the booking will be treated as a no-show and is non-refundable.

Any additional costs related to late arrival or missed departure are the responsibility of the guest.

Weather & Operational Conditions

Flåm Adventure and its partners reserve the right to cancel or adjust tours due to weather, safety conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

If we cancel a tour, a full refund will be provided. Where possible, we will offer an alternative departure or activity.

We also reserve the right to adjust routes or itineraries when necessary to ensure safety and quality.

Refunds & Currency

Refunds are processed using the exchange rate at the time of refund.
Flåm Adventure cannot be held responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates.
